Tomorrow is the last day I'll accept entries! Please submit them before 11:59pm CST (GMT - 5:00), I'll check all the entries on Sunday morning and give out the prizes sometime early next week ^ o ^ )//
And...
I'm going to change the prizes a bit. I'm not going to write what I wanted to change exactly... but... yeah. It'll be a surprise and I hope when I write the results journal, you all will be fine with what I plan to do

Hii dear people <33 I'm holding a design contest, I have a new OC, Melanie, and I'd love to give her and Umi a cute new outfit n u n
But I'm really bad at designing so I need your help ; v ;
♥ Contest Theme:
It's about making new outfits for my two OC's, Umi and Melanie.
 
♥ Some things that may help in the making of the outfits:
- Dresses (lolita dresses)
- Japanese clothing features
- Bows and ribbons / stars / tigh high's
- Light colors for Umi's outfit. Light Blue, White, Light Brown, Blue.
- Dark colors for Mel's outfit. Violet, Purple, Lavender, Black, White, maybe a bit of Pink.
- Suitable to fight o v o

Wow. I've never hosted a contest before, so here goes.
All you have to do is draw one or more of my OCs.
Some simple things:
 You can use pixel, traditional, digital, and any other way that includes drawing. No writing, please. >.<
 You can draw one of my OCs by itself, with your OC, with another one of my OCs, with a friend's OC, blah, but one of my OCs must in the picture. i said "oc" a lot huh
